Our Story — Your Friendly Management Company
A family business, still walking every home ourselves.
E2Z Management was founded in 2018. We started by purchasing and renovating just two homes. After working with a third-party property management company, we realized tenants deserved faster communication, better service and a much more personal experience. Instead of accepting the standard approach, we decided to manage our own properties.
Today we intentionally remain a small management company. We only manage properties we own or homes belonging to a select group of private investors. This allows us to provide faster responses, personal relationships and much better service than large management companies.
